yesterday, it was revealed that a 1/1 Mutant Ape (Trippy Mutant) moved hands in a private deal. for that reason, we don't know the exact details or purchase price. speculation on Twitter has put it in the 2300 ETH range though...making it well over a million dollar sale.

Lior.eth is the new owner acquiring it from the original owner, 0xb1.

this caps off a big day for the Bored Apes as it was also announced that MagicEden would be building a Bored Ape exclusive marketplace (powered by ApeCoin).

as usual, things are looking up for the Apes and not much else. it's a Bored world and we're all just living in it…

Machi Big Brother … a controversial whale collector of BAYC NFTs, who went under fire in response to a ZachXBT thread about his past … has dumped 47 mutant apes and u ate those mfers up like lucky charms 💪 floor held at 16 🫡 slow clap from the back of the room 👏 👏

even when there’s FUD all around, somehow the Apes persist.

Machi Big Brother, most famous for being a big Ape holder and maybe a criminal, threw an expensive tantrum yesterday.

after his proposal to the ApeDAO was not retweeted by the team, he decided to dump most of his Mutant Apes through private offers and sell off his $APE, which led to a significant dip.

“that’ll show them,” he probably said to himself.

the NFT world’s strongest community took it all in stride though. the price of ApeCoin bounced back quickly and many found their Mutant purchases to be incredible deals.

at the end of the day, he accomplished little to nothing with the theatrics…once again proving it doesn’t pay to be emotional in this space.

• I know some notaries if you need to get your NFT unlocked by OpenSea. respectfully to those notaries though, but what an antiquated and weird way to deal with frozen digital assets…OpenSea continues to be the market leader but one that rarely deserves applause.

Reading this hits home just how difficult OS makes it to unlock frozen NFTs: 1) Hack victim must provide email/phone/address (many here are anon) 2) Hack victim must get a notary public (many don't know how) 3) Notary costs $$ (victim just lost lots of money now must pay)

• while everyone else continues to FUD the Cool Cats, I have no choice but to continue to support them. here is another example of the cool work being done in the community from @retroquility…who has made a Gameboy-inspired cartridge for Cool Cats. it also burns $MILK if you’re into that sort of thing.
